How do I get on your Yosemite tour from the East Bay?

From the East Bay take the BART and meet us at the Parc 55 hotel that is across the street from the Powell station. Parc 55 - 55 Cyrill Magninn

How do I get on your tour from the Peninsula or San Jose?
From the Peninsula or San Jose take the Cal Train and meet us at the 4th Street Station on Townsend. We will meet you next to the taxi stand on Townsend Street.

What should I wear?
Layered clothing is the best so you will be prepared for all types of weather conditions. In the summer Yosemite will be very hot (in the summer) and the coldest you will be is in San Francisco in the morning. See our Travel Resources page for Yosemite and San Francisco weather conditions.

Can jogging shoes or sandals be worn for the Yosemite Tour?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes for all our tours. Sandals would have to be hiking sandals, not beach sandals especially for our Yosemite tours.

Should we bring our own food and drink with us to Yosemite?
There are many places you can buy food and water on the way to Yosemite National Park and also inside the Park.

What is double occupancy?
Two people per room.

Where do your tours pick up from and what time?
We pickup at all hotels situated in San Francisco, including Fisherman's Wharf. Our pickup times are between 6:00 - 7:30 AM depending on where you are located.

How do I make a reservation?
Booking & making a reservation is easy. You can book on-line to receive our on-line discount or call our office. We require a valid credit card to hold all phone & internet reservations.

How do I pay for my tour?
Booking & making a reservation is easy. You can book on-line to receive our on-line discount or call our office. We require a valid credit card to hold all phone & internet reservations.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover credit cards. We also accept Debit cards.

Do you accept Travelers Checks?
Yes, we do accept valid & properly signed Travelers Checks as a substitute for cash payments. **Passport required**

Apologies, but unfortunately we do not provide a personal check payment option.

Where do I wait to get picked up from Dublin/Pleasonton BART station?
Please wait in the taxi pick up and drop off area on the Pleasanton side of the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station (5801 Owens Dr., Pleasanton). When exiting the station, take a right turn to the taxi pickup and drop off area. If you are driving, please park your car and wait at this spot as it is difficult to see you if you wait in your car. There are two parking lots. The closest lot is the EAST side parking lot.

Where do I wait to get picked up from The West Oakland BART Station?
At the West Oakland BART station (1451 7th Street), please wait by the bus stop area. When exiting the station, take the left exit. If you are driving, please park your car and wait at this spot as it is difficult to see you if you wait in your car.

How do I get on your tour from a San Francisco Airport Hotel?
We recommend taking the BART to Powell BART station. Above this station is the Renaissance Parc 55 hotel. We can pick you up from there. If you are leaving early on our Yosemite & Giant Sequoias tour, we recommend a pick up from West Oakland BART (1451 7th Street) which has a later pick up time and a direct train from the Millbrae BART station (200 North Rollins Road).

Can I Cancel my reservation?
Yes, cancellations must be made 72 hrs before trip departure to get partial refund. Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Private Charters require 2 weeks notice for changes or cancellations.
